FAQ/Policies

What vaccinations are required?

We require all dogs to be up to date with Rabies and Distemper/Parvo Combo DHPP or DHLPP. We do not require the Bordetella/Kennel Cough vaccine, but do ask if administered you allow 14 day minimum buffer period before boarding.

Proof of vaccinations MUST be uploaded to client profile or sent to Katie prior to visiting.

Do you accept intact dogs?

Yes! We gladly accept unaltered dogs (dogs who have not been spayed or neutered) of all ages!

Do you have breed restrictions?

Nope! All breeds and mixes are welcome here! Each dog goes through a behavior evaluation the first few visits to make sure we are the right fit for your dog.

Does my dog get to play with others?

This is on a case by case basis. We will never put another dog at risk, so we carefully match energy levels, size, and any special requirements. Some dogs prefer to play alone, some like to be with a friend, we will do our best to accommodate each individual.

What do I need to bring for overnight boarding?

We ask that you bring enough labeled food for two meals a day plus two additional feedings, just incase. We don't recommend leaving toys or bedding with us as you may not get them back the same as you left them.

Anything I should know when I bring my dog home?

After any stay with us it is likely your pup will be tired and sluggish around the house. We recommend taking advantage of the snuggle time!
